Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in steel prices, shipping costs, or other market conditions. A confirmed written agreement supersedes any prior verbal or estimated quotes.
Placing an order with IronRidge Steel Structures requires a signed agreement and deposit as outlined in your quote. Deposits are non-refundable once fabrication of your structure has begun. Cancellations prior to fabrication may be subject to a processing fee.
Free delivery and installation is available within our 19-state service area, subject to site accessibility. The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible, level, and properly prepared prior to the scheduled installation date. IronRidge is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions, permitting issues, or weather.
IronRidge Steel Structures offers a 20-year structural warranty backed by our manufacturer on qualifying builds. Warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms provided in your purchase agreement. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper site preparation, acts of nature, misuse, or modifications made by the customer after installation.
